We know cost can be a real barrier, and we don't want it to stand in your way. If you're not able to afford the full price, email us at [email protected] and tell us a little about your situation. We'll work with you to find a rate that's manageable.

It's a one-time payment. You pay once and get full access to the course for a year, with no recurring charges and nothing to cancel.

In most cases, you should be able to use your HSA or FSA card right at checkout. Programs that help you manage a diagnosed condition like IBS may be eligible, particularly when supported by a letter of medical necessity from your provider.

If your card doesn't process, no problem. Pay with any other card and submit the receipt to your plan for reimbursement.

A few things worth knowing:

• Plans differ. Whether HSA/FSA/HRA funds can be used ultimately depends on your specific plan's rules, not on our system.
• Keep your receipt. We'll email your receipt right after checkout. Hold onto it in case your plan later asks for documentation.
• Letter of medical necessity. If your plan requires one, here's a template you can complete with your provider.
• We can't guarantee that your plan will cover the expense. For questions about your specific situation, please check with your benefits coordinator or a tax professional.

You'll have access for a full year after purchase, plenty of time to work through every lesson at your own pace.

Lessons are available to stream online on any device. We don't currently support downloading for offline viewing.

Closed captions are available for every lesson.
